HOURS:

Main office hours are 8:30 a.m. to 8:30 p.m., Monday through Friday; Building is open on Saturdays and Sundays with prior reservations. Closed Federal Holidays.

MISSON/SERVICES PROVIDED:

Family Readiness Center: Provides a cost free location for Family Readiness Groups to have their FRG Meetings, Events, and Trainings. Provides a free Childcare STACC site for FRG's to utilize during their meetings and trainings. There is also a kitchen in the building available for events such as potlucks.

Family Readiness Events: Special events throughout the year are scheduled as Family Readiness education or team building activities. Past events have included Fight Back 101 – personal protection training, CPR certification for Family Members, Line Dancing, Nutritious Cooking, Afghanistan/Iraq Cultural Awareness and others.

Computer Café: Available for Families and Soldiers to utilize for the purpose of accessing their commercial email accounts, conducting volunteer Family Readiness Duties or communicating with deployed Soldiers or Family and friends; it will be open during the main office hours.

Families of the Fallen Room: A room which is provided for families of fallen Soldiers, whether individually or via groups or private organizations to be utilized for meetings and gathering that support those Families.

Memorial Closet: A memorial closet will be available with memorial reception items that can be checked out and utilized for Soldier memorial services. Unites must sign for items upon check-out and are responsible for any items lost, damaged or unreturned.

Book Program: Many paperback and some hardbound books are available for patrons to take and read.

Administrative Support Room: Available for FRG volunteers to use copy machines and other supplies in putting together their official FRG documents.

Video Tele-Conference: There are two VTC rooms available for FRG's to host FRG meetings, individual family VTC's, etc. Prior coordination is required for this service.
